Found a stamp collection stored in a damp garage and it smells mildewy but no seen damage to stamps, just a bad smell

spray it lightly with febreeze. dont spray it where it will be wet, but just spray it in the air and then walk through it with the box of stamps. it will help it a lot.

    maybe try laying them on or around baking soda being it absorbs odors

    Sprinkle baking soda over everything …… The smell will be gone in a few days

    Get a few of those scented dryer sheets. Put several of them between the pages (not every page, every few pages or so). Put the album into a plastic bag, add one more dryer sheet in the bag, then tie it up as tightly as you can so that no air gets in. Leave it in the bag for a couple of weeks and when you take it out the moldy smell should be gone.
